Lizzie is a certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist and also holds her Health Coaching certificate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She is deeply passionate about what she does and loves that she gets to teach people not just how to move in the gym but also how to completely transform their lifestyle by changing their habits and mindset with her nutrition coaching program.
Her motto is not one of depriving yourself from the things you love. Rather, making the things you love better for you and your health long term so you can be your happiest and enjoy life. She doesn’t believe in fad and crash dieting. As a student of health and nutrition on a day to day basis her goal is to teach her clients exactly what she learns and educate them on the constant BS that gets put out their on a daily basis that confuses the heck out of people. AKA here to bring truth bombs.
