Our guest Bryanna…
Bryanna Barcelo started competing in 2015, stepping on stage at small local shows and taking her journey slowly with intention. In 2019 she earned the coveted title of IFBB Bikini Pro. After completing her rookie Pro Show in late 2019, she and her coach Ryan Milton of Team FFlex (which she is also a coach for) set their sights on Olympia 2020. Things came to a screeching hault as Bry soon found herself on the ICU floor of a COVID-19 unit fighting on the front lines of a global pandemic.
Her strength, grace, and positivity is contagious and inspiring. Listen in as we chat how she’s staying on track, her new outlook on life, and why she still believes in stepping on stage.
